The majority of these reports appear to come from iOS users who have updated both their operating systems and the Discord app to the latest versions. One user noted they started receiving notifications from channels they had muted long ago, and wondered if a recent update might be the cause.

In group DMs, similar problems have been reported, with muted chats still sending notifications.
